Gift Cards
Gift Cards allow the recipient to share in the experience of shopping at Axel’s. Gift Cards are available in the amount of your choice, and will be packaged in one of our signature gift boxes. Gift Cards are treated like cash, but are not redeemable for cash.
For your security, FedEx will require an adult signature for delivery of the Gift Card. There is a $5 shipping and handling fee for each address, $15 for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Overnight delivery is available for $12 in the 48 contiguous United States, $22.50 for Alaska & Hawaii. Orders placed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, by noon Eastern Time with Overnight delivery will arrive the next business day. Overnight delivery is currently not available for Puerto Rico. We regret that we cannot ship the Gift Card to Canada, internationally or to a post office box.
Gift Wrapping
Upon request, we will wrap your purchase in one of our signature Axel’s gift boxes tied with matching Axel’s ribbon.

We ship and insure all of our products with FedEx.

Returns & Exchanges
Exchanges And Returns (website orders only)
Should you be less than fully satisfied with your purchase, send it back to us for exchange or refund. Returns will be accepted within 7 days from date of receipt. They must be in new condition, accompanied by a receipt, and please give a reason for you return. Returns can be sent to 201 Gore Creek Dr. Vail, Co 81657

We accept exchanges and return for store credit within 7 days of the original purchase. They must be in new condition, accompanied by a receipt, and please give a reason for you return. We do not accept returns on special orders. All sales final.
Shipping and Handling
Shipping and Handling
Shipping is the charge for packaging, processing and delivery of the order. Delivery times are not guaranteed, and will vary depending on the circumstances of the contracted shipper, so please allow extra time over holidays, especially Christmas. Shipping charges are subject to change and will be determined at time of order and subject to the following:
Standard Delivery
Unless an expedited service is requested, your order should arrive in approximately 5-7 business days after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon (MST).
Two-Day Delivery
If requested, add $10.00 to standard Shipping. Your order should arrive in 2 business days after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon (MST). Please note two-day orders placed after 12:00 noon (MST) Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed Monday and should arrive in 2 business days after shipping. A signature may be required and additional charges may be assessed if more than one attempt is made for delivery. Some zip codes are not available for this service.
Overnight Delivery
If requested, add $17.00 to standard Shipping. Your order should arrive the next business day after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon (MST). Please note overnight orders placed after 12:00 noon (MST) Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed Monday and should arrive the next business day after shipping. A signature may be required and additional charges may be assessed if more than one attempt is made for delivery. Some zip codes are not available for this service.
International Deliveries
Unfortunately, we can only handle international deliveries for customers with their own Fedex or UPS accounts. The number of days in transit to the recipient will vary depending upon the destination country. Duties and taxes and freight will be the responsibility of the recipient. Please be ready to supply us with your account number.
Additional Address
Shipping charges are not refundable unless merchandise is damaged or defective.If you need to change the destination address of a shipment in route, an additional charge may be incurred and the delivery time may be lengthened.

Register with Axelsltd.com for the most convenient shopping experience. Once you register, you will not have to reenter your credit card and shipping information, and you may also view your web order status.

ORDER UPDATES: We will send updates regarding the status of your order, including when your item(s) ship*, to the e-mail address you provided when ordering.
Non-registered customers do not have online access to order status and history. You may request information via e-mail, or by calling 1.866.655.2935. Please provide the order confirmation number displayed after placing your order so we can respond more quickly and accurately.

Why am I having trouble viewing Axel's website?
"We recommend viewing our site with Internet Explorer (Version 7.0 or Higher) or Mozilla Firefox and a high speed internet connection. Our site was designed for large widescreen monitors. If you have any questions or comments please feel free to contact Stirling at stirling@axelsltd.com
On a PC Try viewing our site in full screen mode. Within your internet browser simply hit F11 to turn on full screen and F11 again to turn it off.
